As we continue to discuss employee bus issues with the company we have found their compassion to the issues to be diminished. It seems that they believe that we, as employees, should accept any anomaly that is associated with the employee bus because they say so. Well, that simply is not true. If they are accepting of the regular shortcomings of Aries than they should be accepting of any missed performance issue we have with their scheduling demands which does not happen. As the customer we expect that Aries provides safe and reliable transportation as is posted on the schedule and it is the most basic ask we can make of them yet they continue to fail on a daily basis.
The Local has developed a new tool to document the shortcomings that Aries makes. We've tried to make it as quick and easy to use as possible to get the information to the manager in charge of the vendors and the Local. I encourage you to let them know when Aries fails.
Attached to this post are the most recent employee bus schedules provided to us by the company. When Aries misses the schedule or there is another issue with the employee bus service please report it using the Local 512 app (available in the apple store and the google play store) or on the Local 512 website (www.twulocal512.org). Here's how to access the form:
Access the app.
Click on member home.
Click on Bus Issue Form
Fill in the appropriate information. The more information the better.
Hit submit. That will send an email to the company and the Local.

On the left side of the homepage, under "member resources" click on the bus issue form.
Fill in the appropriate information. The more information the better.
Hit submit. That will sens an email to the company and the Local.
