Please follow the procedures below to expedite this process:
- 45 Days prior to your ID Badge expiring report to the Fingerprint Office at K19 to have your fingerprints recorded and your hologram application (if required) completed and processed. Please bring the following documentation:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship

- When you check-in with your AA/ORD ID Badge Signatory, you will complete the ORD ID Badge Renewal Application. You will be required to provide the same proof of citizenship and residency documents you used for your hologram application.
- Take your signed and completed ID Badge Renewal Application to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office to verify your identity. Then proceed to the ID Badging Office to renew your badge.
Please note, the Hologram and Fingerprinting clearance process will take approximately 10 or more days to complete.
